I hope one day that Canadian Pacific 1057 will get the chance to return back to operation again. I have seen one of it’s siblings Canadian Pacific 972, in storage at the Strasburg Railroad back then and I am gonna to possibly see it again on June 26th 2023 while at Day out with Thomas. I would like to see it in operation again along with 1057. It will be a while though.

Irks me that everything has to be compared to "the" Titanic. All that ship ever learned to do was sink. This one has its own merits and history, and that should be good enough.

Too bad the video was cut off when he was talking about the furnishings (and other edits without regard to the narration in the background). I'd like to know how much of it was original.

i saw her in the '90s and although in fantastic condition, much was original, such as the wood paneling and trim, and layers and layers of paint elsewhere. It was starting to show distress in the varnish and there was some general wear consistent with nearly 90 years of passengers and tours. There's obviously been some restoration and it looks just great.

see that things didn't work out in Port McNichol and she has been moved to Kingston, ON. Too bad for Port MdNichol, Kingston's gain.

Wonderful ship, kept in good , original condition... so glad that thhis has been saved & preserved as a museum...

Man, this brings back memories, I used to watch this video daily 11 years ago.

Served on the C1 for good part of my career. Great panzer, very dependable and deadly accurate (once we figured out the problems with the IFCS). Unfortunately we bought at end of Leo 1 run as Leo 2 entered production couple of years later.

RUSSIA HAS a huge collection of old museum tanks,,,trouble is he's using them right now,,,OR,,, Ukraine is.
